I want dark brown hair

So basically, I have had a big history of dyeing my hair. Lots of dyeing and some bleaching. I've bleached streaks in my hair in January and got over it, dyed my whole hair black to cover up the mess. About 4-5 months later, of course.. once you go black, you usually don't go back.. easily. It faded but since I'm a natural dark brown.. not so much. So I couldn't wait and thought since it faded from a blue black.. that a brown would take it. Uh, no. I knew it wouldn't but I just tried anyway.
I have had noticeable brown roots for about 2 or maybe 3 months now. 3 inches or so of brown above black. Then, I have my natural roots coming in too.
How can I fix this on my own? No professional because I'm not made of ...

I am choosing between two outfits for the first day of 8th grade. I want to look mature in my outfit yet fun. One thing i'm not sure about in these outfits though is the miniskirts. I want to give a good first impression to my teachers, and not give the new kids and younger kids the impression that I dress slutty.Do you think they are too short? I can't wear shorts because all my shorts are old and too ratty to wear that day. Oh by the way, you can't see the shoes so in both i'm wearing gold metallic flats. Also, how should I wear my hair?

Hair Cut

I want my hair cut and i wantit to be "emo/Punk-ish" and i am gonna add some colors too it as well but im not sure how i should cut it...and i haven't seen anything i like either so i thought i would just ask to see what u guys would say. BTW im 16 & female.

Hey, I'm planning on getting my haircut soon but I want some pictures to show the person at the salon. The style I want is layered hair with side bangs but I still want it long enough to put into a ponytail.

I really want a cute bathing suit. I love those tube top bikini tops.. but every time i try those on.. they never fit [slips off]. I'm a 36C cup and I see all these other girls who have smaller breasts.. and their tops fit.. We have the same height and same body shape. We are both short and skinny, but I can't ever hold those tops up! HELP!
Where can I get a good top? I don't know what's wrong with me.

barbie halloween costumes

heyy, me and my bestfriends are planning on being barbies for halloween like on never been kissed. the only problem is we dont know what to wear for costumes and like what barbies there are. we're going to be blonde original barbie. then the barbie with brown hair and a black barbie. i know theres like malibu barbie and whatnot but like i cant find any costumes. *note we are 17 and dont want to look like 5 year olds. its going to be cute and one of out friends is ken we already have his outfit. so like can anyone help, send links, whatever you can. <3thankssss.

I want to get extensions but I know there are a lot of cheap, fake types out there so are there any brands you reccomend?
Also, I only want the clip-in kind so do I need to buy special types of clips?

A while ago I broke up with this guy, but we've gotten really close in the past couple of weeks. He holds me around the waist, and he likes to tease me and chase me around and hes SO flirtatious! I really want him back! But now he has a girlfriend...but they like barely talk...and have been going out for like a week...and I really want to tell him but I don't know what to say! Help?

Hello, I'm dying my hair soon.
And I was wondering if you could give me some advice on what color? I want to dye it a fun color (blue, purple, pink, red, etc. etc.). But I don't know what color would look good with me. And if you could also be specific on the brand of hair dye, and the exact name of color. Thanks.
