Breathing irregularity

Okay, so I'm probably going to sound like a complete freak here, so this probably should be in the category 'Random weirdos' but anyways, lately I've been finding myself breathing funny, like I'll think about breathing and then after that, I have to keep concentrating on breathing or else I'll start to psych myself out and think I'm going to lose my breath. I don't think I have asthma, I've never been diagnosed with it and I don't know if it has anything to do with my tonsils because sometimes they feel like they're getting in the way but I don't know. I just hate feeling like I might stop breathing at any second. Should I seek medical attention?

I've not been drinking pop for about two months now...I'll drink one ever so often...I drink plenty of water, but my urine is dark yellow..so yellow it could be fooled for orange..
I have sex..if it may relate to that.
Idk.
Please help me, and tell me why my urine is soooo orange looking

weird periods advice please

I usually have my periods on the last week of every month usually starting between the 24th and the 27th. Last month (July) it was really late and it started on the 8th. I had a normal period with my normal flow. I started my birth control that sunday after that period. Oddly it's the end of July and I started a period on the 24th. Only It seems to be just spotting but its the 28th and its still goin on so I'm assuming its my period. Its not like my normal flows. It's emtremely light like it is at the end of my periods. What I think is I'm on my period again but its light because of the birth control. But if anyone has anything else or has any experience with this weird situation please let me know.

I'm 17 female. Ok so for the past 2 weeks everwhere i go i have been really hot. I can be in a room that is 50 degrees and im still not cooled off. I move around too much and i start sweating like crazy.... I used to never be like this.... It used to take alot for me to get hot like this....

I'm going to be 16 in September. I'm having irregularty in my period but I thought after a couple of years it will become more regular. Last year it was pretty much on the dot but this summer it hasn't. I've had my period since I was almost 12.
On May 18 I got my period and it was my normal 30ish days between each period. However my recent one was only 24 days after on June 16. Now it's July 27...much longer than a month and I still haven't recieved it. Last week I've recieved some blood and I'm still getting it. Any suggestions?

i have been having a lot of pain in my upper right molar. it's even hard for me to open my jaw sometimes because it hurts so much. i can't figure out why this must be. i have never had a cavity (i'm 18) and i brush my teeth all the time. i had my wisdom teeth out a few months ago so i doubt this is the reason.

i want to have bigger boobs i am a 34-36a and its kinda embarrassing because i barely have any cleavage. i know im still developing and whatnot but i just hate having small boobs and want to know if theres any safe way to make them grow.

immune to acne medication?

I've been using differin for two years and my skin was flawless and blemish free. but, this year my skin has been breaking out with lots of acne. is it possible that my skin became immune to the medication? would it be a good idea to see a dermatologist?

Exercise Plan

I just recently started a good exercise plan for me.
Eating healthier, biking for an hour every day, running for a half hour, crunches, etc.
I'm actually sticking to it.
But I'm not really worried about losing weight, I just want a flatter stomach.
I'm 5'8 and weigh like 140.
I just want a flat stomach.
Can someone give me a PLAN, a good one, to work with my plan I already have now?

Ingrown Toenails..gross i know..but please read.

Okay, I've had ingrown toenails for quite some time now. I've had them surgically removed but they keep growing back.
I know the basic rule to getting rid of them is just let it grow out.
That doesnt work for me.
It causes so much pain.
& The nail doesnt grow at the top. it grows right at the bottom.
But as for now. I have Fake toenails on my big toes, that are supposed to help it lift the nail up and let them grow out easier.
I want them to grow fast and be sure they're completely grown out.
Any ideas?

Are there any ways to get rid of an ingrown toenail..
Should my fake toenails help..
How can I make my nails grow faster.

period problems

ok i had my first period 3 years ago on my birthday and it was heavy and somewhat long, i had it again exactly a year later about. now it comes every few months and i never know when its gonna come every time i do have it, i get super moody, its heavy and it lasts a few good days. i need to know a way to make it regular so i don't have to always wonder when its going to come. my mom suggested birth control, but i never know if i can take it at the same time every day because i have a horrible memory about stuff like pills and other kinds of medicine. any advice about any way to keep my period regular??

Theres something wrong with me. Everything hurts, for no reason. My whole body aches constantly, and it's not just physically. Emotionally I'm a mess. Any little thing someone says to me can send me into a crying fit but I wont cry infront of them. I wait till I'm in bed, then I'll cry myself to sleep. I don't remember the last time I went to sleep without tears. And in the morning, I refuse to get up. I can lie awake in my bed for hours without getting up and most of the time I only get up when I start feeling light headed because I'm hungry, I have to go pee like a race horse or someone comes and gets me. Anyway, Say someone ate a meal then puked up a mouthful of food. However, They didn't stick there finger down thier throat.. and they did it occassionally. Would you say that person had a problem?
