alright so my acne has gotten pretty bad lately, mostly because i've been going out so much and staying out all night that havent had time to wash my face at night and whatever. anyawys i really want a good, natural looking makeup that doesnt bloch or what not that can cover up my acne and stay on my face for most of the day without running off and what not.

sleep issues

well i have had this problem with falling asleep lately. i try really hard to relax and clear my mind, but it takes forever until i finally get to sleep. i have a set time when i get to bed and when i wake up. i even do this on weekends. i even try to set the time a little earlier since it does take longer.
lately when i've been waking up, i've been really tired and i don't feel rested. does anyone have any ways of getting to sleep?

Sun Burn

I got a sun burn about 2 week ago.It's still sort of red and peeling. I don't think that is normal because it hasn't lasted that long before. Should I go see a dermotologist?

period late and brownish?

my period was 2 weeks late but i finally got it, its not its usual red color, its like....brown...does this mean anything? i remember it's never been this way before except for my very first period.
i've had my period since i was 11 and im 16 now..if that matters.

does lemon juice only lighten a tan right after you get it? bc if you had a tan for a while, it wouldnt work right?
what works equally is taking a shower right after youve been in the sun. sounds like a waste of lemons..
did anyone really try this out?

skin bumps

i have random bumps on my hands and even on my face and chest! they are not acne-related. they arent red but are like flesh colored and raised little circles on the skin like goosebumps that once you scratch them they remain raised! they look like scars and are noticeable but small.
what are they? i cant figure it out.

glasses hurt

i recently got a contacts refit and a prescription for glasses (my first time wearing glasse) now i have my glasses but theres something off about them. they have astigmatism accounted for but i had a headache when i put them on and took them off. is the prescription for glasses diff than contacts since contacts like wrap around the eye and glasses dont?

I was just wondering how old do you have to be to get a belly ring??? I'm planning to get one either when I turn 16 or when I'm close to turning 16 and I was also wondering is it better to get one sooner or later???

I thoought period comes after every 21 days but then my mom told me it is supposed to be 28 days. My cycle comes every 21 days. Is that a problem or nothing serious?

ingrown toenails

im having surgery done it tomorrow. ive had it done before...but after surgery will i like be out of it cause of the drugs? i can't remember lol. i kno it hurts. and does anyone know like how i can numb my toe or like make it soft before the needles go in? I want it to be as painless as possible. My mom used to be able and get me numb cream, but isnt able too this time.

Neck

im only 15 years old but for the past couple monthes ive had TERRIBLE NECK pains..all through out the day and night..even if i lay down it still hurts..no matter what i do..I'll wake up in the middle of the night with really bad aches and pains..Im only 15? i don't think i should be getting that lol

What is Fluoride?

When I was at Wal-mart I was looking through their dental care and hygiene section and noticed a lot of toothpastes (Colgate, Arm and Hammer, Aquafresh, Crest, etc.) have something called fluoride in them. Can you tell me what fluoride is and what it does for us? Why do we need it in toothpaste?

hole in my baby's tear duct

My 7 month old son was born healthy an on time, but as his tear ducts started to form (I think around 3 weeks) on one of his eyes the duct opened up on the outside. So now he has a little tiny hole in the corner of his eye. What I am wondering is if ther are any other mom's out there that have had this type of thing happen and if so, what needed to be done to fix it. He is continuously having tears and sleep yucky stuff coming out it. Please let me know any advise.

Okay well I am 16 and I'm still a virgin. But I do masturbate. Anyways, about three months ago I had my period. And then it skipped a month. But I heard that every two years it skips a month, and that was my two year. So I had it again last month. And I'm suppose to get this month. And I usually get them on the last week of the month. But I didn't get it this time. I have been stressing out, but not a lot. I've stressed more & I still got it before. But just recently we had some new roomates move in. And they use our bathroom. And they're pretty young, they're like in their early 20s. Anyways, they were a couple & they would go in the bathroom together & I guess they'd shower together. tampon problems for the 4324532th time =(

i've tried putting in a tampon and asked multiple times on here for help. i just can't do it, but i love swimming and i absolutely hate pads and i feel like whenever i have my period i cant do anything. so my problems are like when i put it in, it doesnt really go in and im afraid to push it harder cause what if its the wrong hole or what if it gets stuck or something? then it hurts to pull it out, it just scares me alot and i get so nervous. can anyone please help me, in like COMPLETE details, i won't get grossed out i promise i just need all the help i can get cause im having a pool party and im expecting my period =/

Losing sleep/depression

I been losing alot of sleep lately, at sometimes i would find myself just laying there all night and never get any sleep, im afraid i wont have my sleep back in time for school and could it be depression related? if so, how do i stop it? thanks lots
