During the summer, I watched a Lifetime movie that I really like.

It was about a woman who moved into her recently murders famous aunts home. She then soon desicoverd clues to her aunts murder. Along the way she makes friends with her neighbor across the street and I believe they end up dating at the end.
During this she spends her days fixing up her aunts home. While at night the murderer sneeks around her home and vandilizes things.

I could have sworn Brittney Murphy played the girl in this movie.
But I couldn't find anything of it in her bioghraphy.

Anyone know this movie?

Anyway, eventually she realizes the murder was a neighbor down the street
