Well, I've ran my viruse scan like, I don't know, 8 times and it didn't catch it. So how am I supposed to get rid or it? If I delete AIM off my computer and redownload it, will that get rid of it? Oh no, no, no, no, no. If it is simply a link that is mysteriously passing itself around on your buddylist, you do not have to wipe your whole machine clean. The solution is incredibly simple. You need a certain AIM virus detector. I have a link you can nuke it with: http://www.jayloden.com/aimfix.htm Go there, and just click "DOWNLOAD". It's 100% free. It downloads in seconds, and it does not force you into downloading any extra baggage. Once it's downloaded, save it to your Desktop (just so it's easy to find), and run the program. It will kick you off AIM (for about 10-14 seconds), while it scans AIM for this virus. Once deleted, you can sign right back on. It's specifically an AIM virus detector. I've used it before, and it fixed my problem on numerous occassions.
