You should start off by eating healthy. Substitute a fruit for a snack instead of chips and drink a lot water instead of drinking soda. You should also jog or run a few miles a day. One more thing, do crunches and sit ups twice a day. Hope this helped!

The first 2 years of when your period starts, your periods are gonna be irregular. If you're takin any medication that stops or slows done your periods, this may be why your period is acting weird. I really don't know how to help you because my periods aren't like that. When you go see your gyno, ask her why this is happening to you and then she can help you out. I hope I helped a little bit!

The only reason these girls in your grade are spreading rumors is because they're jealous that they don't have your body. Be glad that you are skinny and tall. Most guys love skinny and tall girls.
