how do i do it

The URL must be direct. In other words, it must end in .mp3 or .wma. Other formats will probably not work. It also must start with http://

The total length of the entire caption has to be less than 60 characters. So you pretty much have to own your own web server to get a direct URL small enough to fit.

This only works on Internet Explorer. There is no way to fit code small enough to work in firefox.

Also, this is incredibly annoying. I will immediately leave any website that automatically plays music.

people say that if you have a plant in your room it's healthy or something... is this true?

Plants produce a very small amount of oxygen, it's never enough to affect your health. More oxygen doesn't affect people much anyways, the atmosphere is 20% oxygen, breathing 40% isn't going to do anything for you; you won't even notice it. What would be useful is if the plant filtered the air, but it doesn't, it just produces a small amount of oxygen. Plants *are* psychologically good for you, though, they reduce stress.
