Has anyone ever had a 5 Hour Energy drink before? I tried one for the first time and have had more suicidal thoughts than ever. I'm also feeling kinda tired and want to go lie back down for a while.
I took it to help study for exams coming up next week, if anyone is curious. I'm not even really sure why I'm asking this, I'm just a mix of being tired and awkwardly erratic, coupled with being more... I don't know, casually suicidal than normal? I certainly don't want to study right now.
I'm feeling the beginning of a headache as well, going to lie down for a while and read responses when I get up if this question doesn't get deleted. I suppose this isn't the greatest of questions, either, sorry for that.
I use 5 hour energy and other energy drinks pretty frequently. The flushed/warm feeling is from the niacin. The headaches and "out of it" feeling are from the caffeine. Caffeine stops you from being too tired, but it also prevents you from storing memories properly. It's fine for taking a test or doing mindless tasks, but you'll have a hard time studying.
Reduce your caffeine dosage next time. Drink only half of the 5 hour energy container. And any suicidal thoughts worth mentioning on Advicenators warrants concern; visit a psychiatrist.

They are passed by chance. They just happen to reside in certain bodily fluids. When these fluids enter someone else's body, they also become infected. The virus doesn't do anything to help propagate itself other than existing.
The STDs came about by evolution, like everything else. They mutated from other viruses.

well you know how if someone you know/you're having suicidal thoughts you should tell someone or call that hotline or whatever? well is it really that necessary? i myself on occasion have suicidal thoughts/feelings and if somebody did that to me i would honestly feel betrayed and i think it would be completely unnecessary. i'm not a doctor, so i guess i would not know for sure. but if i'm having or sometimes have thoughts about suicide is it really that big of a deal that needs immediate attention? like i don't think about it all the time only occasionally..
Not just thoughts. It's when you're seriously thinking about doing it. When you get to the point of thinking about who you'll leave your stuff to, it's gone too far and you need to talk to someone.

The population is too high as it is, there is absolutely no reason you should allow an unwanted child to be born. Since you are not financially or emotionally ready for a child, it will live a sub-optimal life and will only hinder humanity's progress.
The child is alive even before conception, just the same as every living cell in your body. It is *not*, however, morally wrong to kill it until later. Most people say the third trimester; I would go so far as to say a few weeks after it's been born.

To both your questions, it is possible, but unlikely. I don't usually answer questions like this, but I wanted to clear up the misconception that precum will get you pregnant. It probably won't; precum contains a very small amount of sperm, so the chance of pregnancy is between 1% and 4%. To put that in perspective, 1% to 2% of condoms are ineffective. Protection is always better, of course, for reasons other columnists will surely elaborate on.

Well in the *really* olden days, the normal age was 13-15. Then Christianity came along saying that you should be married first. In the beginning people got married at 13-15, but for whatever reason the age kept getting higher and higher; and it became the norm, and later the law, for you to marry at at least 18 years old. You should be aware that the US is very conservative on this, in many countries, especially ones where Christianity didn't spread, you're "legal" when you're 13. In a few countries, you're legal when you're 8.
