One of my really good guys friends leaned over and touched my boob and i am not even his girlfriend. He doesn't have one so what should i do becuase i am getting the feeling that he likes me because he is telling everone about this and i don't know what to do about him. Should i go out with him or jsut stay friends.

If you dont have any feelings for him then you should just be friends. and if you feel uncomfortable about what he did and if you wanna talk to him then go right ahead. If hes really your friend he will listen. Just follow your heart. hope i could help!
