My friend and I are always fighting, I want to tell her how I feel but she won't listen.

You need to talk to her. That's they only way to resolve a problem. If she wants to be friends with you again, then she'll listen. Try to catch her at home and tell her what you feel, and hopefully she'll open up to you.
