Hey iam 17 and a female and my stepdad was watching the news this morning and when there was something on that was telling about how a teenage boy killed one of his parents on the news and as soon as the news was over he says Iam suprised you havn't done it yet to your mom and I said why would I becouse I love my mom and then I ran out of the room crying and my mom came in to my room and told me if I didn't shut the hell up she'd slap the s out of me sorry about the language but please help me I'd really appreciate it.my mom told me that I was just overreacting and I had no right to be crying becouse my stepdad was only playing was I overreacting? o dont worry about what your mom said she didnt mean it at all my mom once said the same thing to me when i was gettin fresh with her or crying and she said the same thing.. she was not gonna actually do it she just said it to scare me or so that i would behave.. so dont worry if your mom has never hit you and she just used words she just prob did that so you would stop crying some moms have their own way of makin their kids be quiet.. so dont worry she wont hit you

I am live with my dad in the ATL and my mom lives in Chi-town, I really want to go home with my mom, but my moms income didnt come yet her our apartment, so I think I have to stay here in atlanta, I dont want to stay here, I want my mommy. Living with my dad is horrible, i want my mommy. I have so much stress here with him, what should I do. I cant send my mom money for the apartment Im broke. HELP (link)

Just be like dad i dont want to stay here i want to go home i miss home and i miss my mom and like if your dad has money convince him to send your mom some money so that you can go back home.. and just be honest with your dad and tell him this isnt my mom my heart and my real home is back with my mom and im happy there, im not happy here... but im sorry to hear about your mom not being able to afford to pay for her apartment.. but good luck
