My breasts are around a 38AA and my butt isn't exactly big. (I'm very skinny) I like the idea of my body being "cute" instead of "sexy," but I'm still very insecure about it. How can I be more confident in my own skin? I'm a 19 year old female, by the way.
Even though there's a persistent cultural idea that men are only attracted to big breasts and butts, this is totally inaccurate. If you look at the various "lists of 2015/2016's hottest women" out there, you'll see that a large percentage of women listed do not have large breasts.
Some people are very shallow. Some of them might totally disregard you because you don't fit their ideal, while others might be especially attracted to you. In either case, it's probably best to avoid shallow people.
But with that in mind, if you want to improve your attractiveness, I recommend focusing on things like your hair and skin, as well as anything that would improve your health (eg. bringing your BMI / bodyfat percentage up or down into the normal range). These are things that men will pretty much universally find attractive, unlike your general proportions, which most men don't particularly care about.
adviceman49's advice was generally good, but I wouldn't even have breast enhancement surgery as an option on the table unless you're suffering from severe body dysphoria. With perfect surgery you'd maybe become extra attractive to 20% of men, less attractive to 10% of men, and the rest wouldn't care.

does anyone know where i can get an AA meeting online? please i really need it.
Alcoholics Anonymous is an ineffective cult-like organization. More information:
http://www.orange-papers.org/
According to the academic sources cited there, AA is less effective than no treatment at all, and people are more likely die alcohol-related deaths while on the program.
Instead, try SMART Recovery, which offers free online and offline meetings using proven, scientific methods:

17/f. I have had an awful year. And I thought the worst was over at the end of the year. (I don't feel like explaining it; it doesn't really have anything to do with this...well sort of but I don't have to explain.) Anyway...I cut myself. And I haven't for say about a week, but I really have been wanting to lately. It drives me crazy; I sit there and my entire mind is focused on that. It drives me crazy when I force myself not to cut. Just like right now. I really want to and it is really hard to just not give in. And I know I should probably talk to someone, but I have a really hard time opening up to people, especially those I don't know. However, there is this teacher that I have talked to before. So, if I told him, then maybe it would be easier to talk to a counselor, or he could help me or convince me to talk to someone or something. I know I can't do it on my own. I don't know what to do anymore. What should I do? And if I do end up talking to a counselor, they don't have to tell my parents, do they? It'll stay confidential?
Teachers and counselors are required by law to inform your parents of this kind of thing. They will also involve other government officials that deal specifically with these things. You will probably not enjoy the next few months of your life because of the stress the school and government will give you.
However, if you feel that you are in desperate need of help, you should talk to your counselor first and avoid the teacher. By telling the teacher first, you are putting enormous strain on him; he will have to fill out forms and alert a number of government officials.
The best option would be to talk to a professional psychologist. They, in contrast to school counselors, are bound by law *not* to reveal anything you tell them, unless it is immediately dangerous to someone other than yourself.

does anyone know about antidepressants and serotonin syndrome? i took paxil for the first time earlier and my heart is pounding and i have the chills and like cold clammy hands and i kinda twitch a little. it said heart pounding is a highly unlikely but rare side effect. im the type who is like eh i'll just rough it out. what do you know about this? is it really that bad?
Here are the symptoms:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serotonin_syndrome#Symptoms
It is a very rare illness, and those symptoms can also be caused by nerves (maybe from reading the crazy side-effects you can get from antidepressants). I wouldn't personally go to the doctor just yet, I'd probably see if my temperature was unusual (±2°F from 98.2°F). If you decide you do have serotonin syndrome, I recommend going to a hospital immediately, as it can be deadly.
In any case, stop taking the medicine and talk to your doctor, you shouldn't experience symptoms like that.

I just started taking paxil today. I know with antidepressants, there is a risk of weight gain. And this might sound stupid, but do you gain weight because the drug makes you want to eat more or is it something like retaining water? Thank you.
It actually makes you more hungry and thirsty. To stop weight gain, you should make sure you eat the same amounts of everything, and to drink only water. It also makes you feel weak, like you're starving to death (you're not, don't worry).

My therapist says that i have depression that has led to anxiety, and then to Agoraphobia. Is there a chance that these could also lead to or be linked to expressing anger at everyone, even at people i dont want to, like loved ones, or figures of authority or even crushes, even if i take it back and make a joke afterwards, lately i just come off as an angry, anti-social girl [15] to everyone, and i really dont want to. any insights?? also, does anyone know what other involutary things are a cause of depression? thnx for reading.
Could be, depression is linked with many different psychological problems, like bipolar disorder and anger management issues. Your best bet is to talk to your therapist. Also, if they have diagnosed you with clinical depression, you need medication and should see a trained psychiatrist so they can write you a prescription(some therapists can't).

This question is just to get opinions:
If someone you knew told you that they cut themselves, what would your first reaction be? Would you think they were crazy, would you try to help them, would you be scared of them, or what?
I'd leave them alone, it's their own business. I would think less of them for following such a stupid and dangerous fad, though.

is it weird that i enjoy eating crayons, and how many calories do they have?
lol. I can't image you're actually serious(in the "sex" category, too), but you don't actually digest the wax, no calories are absorbed. I suppose eating crayons would actually help you lose some!

what are the withdrawal and side effects of Citalpram(Celexa)?

There aren't any withdrawl symptoms specific to citalopram, but you'll experience the withdrawal standard to that type of drug:

its almost impossible for me to be open, so its hard to post this. I have been suffering from depression and anxiety for about five years id say. i NEED help. i dont know what to say to my mom, who has blown me off in the past, about this. i have a sever anxiety disorder and need treatment. i dont know how to go about getting this.
17/f
please help. thanks
If you go to school, talk to a school counselor. They'll set you up with an outside therapist if you need it, and will take care of everything for you.
If you don't go to school, your normal physician can connect you with a psychiatrist. This will usually be covered under your insurance. Good luck!

Ok sorry if this is long,
i used to cut my wrists in 5th and 6th grade(im 13/f) but i stopped. Now im just really tired and hungry all the time. the only thing i do is play online video games and sleep and watch TV. My mom thinks im this happy kid and all, but i'm not. I've just been sad a lot i get headaches and chest pain and i wonder if i am depressed. My cousin is always being mean to me and calls me bad names. I feel like if i tell my mom i'll be failing her or something. Do you think im depressed or am i worried for nothing? and if i am, how would i tell my mom? or who else would i tell?
I made a test for clinical depression, based on the official criteria:
http://theymos.com/dep.php
I'm sure the other columnists will give you better advice than I as to what to do about it.

i dont know if im depressed but i saw this ( one advicenator put this in her/his answer stating it was 6 major signs of depression)
1-sudden change in eating habits
2-sudden change in weight
3-lack of motivation
4-dont care about self image
5-doesnt care about self anymore
6-doesnt care about others anymore
the problem is that i did gain weight a little, theres lack of motivation in my life but im not gonna comit sucide or anything, i dont care about my self image or the way i dress to school cause i believe im me and i dont need anyone else opinion on things
i have 5 out of 6 of those, am i depressed?
i do care about others(#6)
**Here, I made a test for you based on the official criteria:
http://theymos.com/dep.php
**
Probably not. I don't like that list, since it's more physical than mental symptoms. Here's the official criteria:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinical_depression#Diagnosis
Don't worry about it too much. If you constantly worry if you have depression, you'll get depressed. I'm sure other columnists will tell you what to do if you think you have depression better than I would, so I'll just leave it at that.

I need someone to talk to. I want to go to therapy, but my whole life they have never been able to help.
Ive tried talking to friends, but I can't stand them anymore. And they don't even care. I need someone to talk to. I have AIM.
Anyone want to talk?
Preferably someone over 20.
im 19.
Here's a list of advicenators users over 20:

I recommend you check each one's column and see if you'd like to talk to them. Almost everyone here would be willing to talk to you, just ask them a private question or email them. Good luck!

Well i didn't really brush my teeth when i was younger and now my teeth are hurting very bad.. I didn't lose any teeth. Is it possible to lose all my teeth at this age? I am going to start brushin my teeth 4 times a day now for 2 minutes? will i still lose my teeth at a young age??
It's possible, but I doubt you'll loose them *all*(if any). Go to a dentist. They'll be able to tell you their condition, stop the pain, and fix them.

I know everyone has crazy thoughts... but mine are a bit strange. Like "overly crazy" and need the appropriate attention and medication
So here's the deal:
Ever since I was a little girl (I'm 13/f now), I would come up with these weird thoughts that if I did something that looked cool and I wanted to do it again, it wouldn't look cool if I did it again. I don't think that way anymore. But now I think even worse thoughts. As years grew by this thinking has become worse.
Sometimes when I'm up high on like a deck over a hotel looking at the view, I feel like I'm going to lose control and jump off. But then it got even worse. And this is what really scares me. I sleepwalk, so I feel like I'm going to harm someone in my sleep... and it really disturbs me. My brother annoys me a lot and sometimes the rest of my family does to, (because I'm on the computer all day could be why I'm so annoyed because it puts you in a bad mood. But I never used to be I don't think.) and I feel like once I'm older that I'm going to be one of those people with a mental illness that's going to kill somebody because of it.
Also, I think I have O.C.D. (Obsessive Compulsize Disorder) because when I'm on the neopets boards I'll keep looking up to make sure I'm on the right topic, or it's the right username etc. etc. I'm not sure if I'm just anxious or what!
I may also have A.D.D.
So those things may be connected.
I am also going through a minor depression that is becoming more mild, less and less ever since I talked about it with my mom... which is good but may have something to do with it.
Does any of what I've described seem like a disease/illness? Could you send me a link or something or explain what type of mental problem this could be? I'm scared to know the truth... but the later I find out, the worse.
THANK YOU for your time, and thank you for reading this because it was so long.
It doesn't sound like you have mental problems. Everyone gets depressed, don't worry about it. It's not unusual to have the urge to jump off a building. What would be unusual is if you started acting on this urge. You probably don't have OCD, and it's good to verify you're posting on the correct board.
Avoid medicine and psychiatrists if you can. Medicines are bad for you. Psychiatrists may convince you you have illnesses you don't, whether my accident or to make more money.
While you certainly shouldn't take it's results too seriously, you might like this test:

I think ive become desensitized to all the violence on tv. When I hear statistics about 10000 people dying somewhere I don’t feel anything. Its horrible but theres something wrong with me! Am I a sosciopath/psychopath?
No, that's fine. The news distances you from it, so you don't actually understand it. No one does. It would be unusual if you burst into tears when they say that.

what are some intellectually stimulating books
I think the fiction book "Battlefield Earth" by L. Ron Hubbard is intellectually stimulating.
For nonfiction, I recommend "imagining the tenth dimension" by Rob Bryanton and "The Millennial Project: colonizing the galaxy in eight easy steps" by Marshall T. Savage

how do you find consecutive integers like EX find four consecutive integers with a sum of -66 how do you do that as in work it out?
There isn't a formula, it's just guess and check. The answer for that is -15 + -16 + -17 + -18. Consecutive integers are right next to each other on the number line; counting up or down.
