Whenever i have like.. time to myself, i always seem sad, and sometimes even when im with friends, family, or people in groups im in.. i never talk..because.. well im just sad. sometiems there are no reasons, and i always wonder why.. but other times, its because since im adopted.. i never met my parents, and sometimes i just want to meet them so bad that i dream about who i would be if i never got adopted and stuff.. then i start crying... can you help me stop this, or find out.. why??? well it is normal to wonder those things like who you would be if you werent adopted, but i think you should just not worry about it, because you are adopted and theres nothing you can do about it sorry, but im sure your adoption parents love you just as much as any other real parents, and im sure what happenes happens for a reason and maybe God has a plan for all of us and stuff... and when you are feeling bad and stuff, why dont you plan something like to go over to a freinds or just call someone or just do something so you can get your mind off all of those sad things and find away to see the world for the good things not the bad...
(im not sure how to help, but maybe i did, if not im sorry)
