I keep having weird dreams and I don't know if they're anything to worry about or not. They kind of weird me out, especially since theyre so vivid and often times, violent. Most disturbingly, they involve violent acts against people I care about.

Recently, I had a dream involving my sixteen year old fraternal twin sons. My relationship with my son, Aaron hasn't been great the past year and a half or so, but for about the past month, things have been going so much better. Then Thursday night, I had a dream that my son, Joe was kidnapped. The scene my mind came up with was disturbing. He was laying on a bed on his side with his hands handcuffed behind his back, one of his ankles was handcuffed to the bed, he had duct tape over his eyes, and they way he was begging to be let go was heart breaking. He was stabbed in the leg, had the palm of his hand slashed, and was either shot or shot at before Aaron ran in to help and was stabbed in the neck right through the carotid artery. They both survived and when I woke up, even though it was just a dream, I felt so much closer to Aaron and so much more protective of both of them.

I take a certain vitamin for metabolism that happens to be a natural blood thinner and Friday, I took a higher dosage of it than usual. Friday night, I had a dream that I was shot three times in the head, but all the bullets did was destroy my scalp. In wasn't what you would call realistic, but all of the skin on the top of my head was missing and the blood pouring from my head was like water. People tried to help me, but I bled to death and if that isn't bad enough, the same exact thing was happening to my son, David. He was dying and there was nothing I could do about it.

I've had all kinds of dreams of this nature and I'm starting to wonder what that means. Am I a sick, mentally disturbed person for being able to come up with this stuff? Am I a sick mother? What could be fueling these dreams? Most importantly, how can I stop them? (link)
It's fine to have strange dreams. It doesn't mean that you're crazy. Everyone have good dreams and nightmares. You should be thankful as I've more stranger dreams. Read the passage below:

Last month, probably every night I have the same nightmare. I dreamt I made my teacher cry. The same teacher every dream. The same way I make her cry. And it was a lousy dream. I always wake up at four o'clock suddenly. I can't sleep then.

It's ok to have nightmares, just be positive and stay humorous and dreams will change!

I hope this helps. Thanks! Bye!

When I laugh i REALLY laugh. Like at lunch a friend cracked a joke and it made me start choking on my food. And if I even remember something funny, I'll burst out laughing. Sometimes at home,I just laugh out of no where. I don't see things, or hear voices (thank God), I just laugh. If my dream is funny, I smile in my sleep, and giggle in my sleep. The weird thing is, though, I make the lamest jokes I don't even understand, which makes other people laugh. Why do I do this? (link)
You are actually lucky if you have read my post. My trouble is that I'm always happy and smart and lovely but I always feel like crying. I can't see anything that bothers me or make me sad. So since you have an opposite question, please answer my question too. Anyway, for your problem, it's nothing strange. It's just that you have a sense of humour. You should be thankful as you are a happy person.
