i was very unhealthy throughout october, and i didnt notice much weight gain. Now, for the last week or two, I've started to be much healthier, began to exercise and alter my diet. Suddenly, I see weight coming on. Why would this be if i didnt see any weight gain till now? (link)

Are you literally seeing weight gain on the scale or just looking in the mirror? Muscle weighs more then fat so if you are doing strength training then you might see the scale go up a little before it goes down.
If you are just seeing it by looking in the mirror your mind might just be ticking you. Stress is a huge because of wight gain so if you are stressed out about your appearance that might be the issue.
I would just relax keep working on your diet and exercise and the lbs. sound shed off soon enough.
