Hi! :) I feel like I am ready for my very first pair of sexy high heeled shoes, but I am also afraid. You hear stories about people falling off their shoes and breaking their ankles or something like that? Can people who have worn them before please tell me everything I need to know about wearing heels before I buy the wrong kind or make some other mistake? Please?

Hi! I'm a small teen so I still don't wear high heels. You don't have to wear sexy high heels. Just wear normal shoes and it'll be comfortable. Don't try to show off your friends of your sexy high heels. You'll end up falling facedown!
For your first question, you're right. My sister has once fell facedown when running with high heels. She stayed at hospital for two weeks and did a surgery.
But if this is an emergency high heels journey, it doesn't mean you mustn't wear high heels, just buy some short onces which fit tightly. You should walk carefully too.
Anyway, you have freedom of whether to wear high heels or not. Just remember to walk carefully and slowly.
