I cannot think of any state or civilized country will allow you two to marry. Worse is the fact that the age difference between you is illegal in most states for the two of you to even be dating. Do your parents know about you two and how old he is?
In the eyes of the law this boy is a pedophile. Someone who takes advantage of young children. You are not even a teenager yet. You may think your in love him. I think your in love with the fact that a much older boy is interested in you romantically.
You are not mature enough to understand the reasoning behind his interest in you. This is what pedophile count on and take advantage of. You are being set up to be hurt in ways I will not attempt to explain to you. I will let your parents explain once you tell them which you need to do now, today.
I know you don't want to hear this; you cannot see this boy anymore. You need to call the police and report him. You have done nothing wrong. You are a victim. If you don't report him and don't stop seeing him you will not only be hurt you will be a statistic in the crime figures. Then he will move on to another young girl. You can keep other young girls from being victims and crime statistics by telling your parents and calling the police.
