I twisted my ankle really bad back in August. My doctor said I could have issues for up to a year depending on what sort of activities I did, and so far I've pretty much always had issues! It's still noticeably bigger than the other one. Its for the most part just a little stiff but not painful anymore. Except when I wear heels! It hurts so much! I'm going to a wedding in about two and a half weeks and I'm going to have to wear heels and also be moving around in them so I was wondering if there are any good stretches I can do to make wearing heels hurt less. I know most of you probably aren't doctors so I'm not about to sue if your advice doesn't work or anything but I'm sure some people on here have twisted an ankle!

I'm pre-med but not doctor, but I would suggest doing GENTLE GENTLE GENTLE ankle rotations for a few minutes, a few times a day. Such as when your watching TV, rotate both counterclockwise & clockwise, SLOWLY and gently!! You don't want to strain it and cause further injury.
Also calf raises (like standing straight, stand on tippy toes, repeat) because this will activate the posterior leg muscles that wearing heels would wear. Again, nothing strenuous.
