I'm a senior in high school. I just turned 18 like 5 days ago. There is this sophomore in my high school who really likes me but I dont like him in that way at all. He cant take a hint. He always texts me and writes me on facebook. When I dont respond, he still texts me like every 3 hours. I dont know any other way to tell him to leave me alone without being mean. Can you please help me? Thanks. (link)

Be direct. Keep all your Facebook stuff printed that he's said. You may need it. Write him "I'm sorry I'm feeling extremely uncomfortable with all the texts and e-mails. Please stop. Honestly, it's a bit much. I'm not interested in being friends or anything else with you. Please let this be the last e-mail from you."
That will do it. You can always block him on Facebook but I would wait to see if he responds again. Show your parents the texts, e-mails etc. and if he won't leave you alone tell your teachers or admin to deal with it for you.
The thing is this is likely an innocent thing and not an obsession in a dangerous way but an obsession non-the-less. He may have no idea how to relate to girls, has social skills that suck at best and genuinely likes you but the approach is wrong. Either way deal with as I suggested as that'll stop anybody.
