Do yourself a GIANT favor and tell any and all adults you trust about these crying spells and sudden depressed thoughts. It's vital you do as this is and or can be signs of a mental health issue especially related to cycling moods and or depression. It won't fade on its own.
Tell them how uncomfortable you are, how long the crying spells have been going on, as well as how long your mood has been shifting from content to depressed to back again on a sudden cycle.
Next, you need to go to an emergency room as it's an emergency and tell them your moods are constantly changing, you feel suddenly depressed than back to normal and cry for no reason.
They will have an on-call psychiatrist (don't be afraid but be 100% honest) talk to you, figure out if its a mental health issue and likely prescribe medicine and provide counseling. This person cannot and will not put you in a hospital at all unless 100% delusional or of harm to yourself or others so no fear here talking to one.
