Can you get in trouble if you are at a party or someones house and they are doing like heroine or something, can you get in trouble for just being there?

You can get in trouble in many different ways. Laws differ from state to state. There is one law where if the cops find drugs in a car and there is more than one person, but no one claims to be the owner of the drugs they find they can charge everyone for possession.
