I'm new to the site so bear with me on my feedback profile, I know it may seem that I'm a lil young to be giving advice but not all wisdom comes with age or experience. I hope I can help you all out with your problems and really this is something I enjoy doing, my friends have all told me that I give good advice so hopefully I do and you all feel better after talking to me!! :) xx

i heard whispers sometimes..even when im alone and it really freaks me out:( what do i do?

OMG the same happens to me! One night I swear to God I heard somebody laugh in my ear but everybody was asleep. When I was young I was really scared and I don't know how old you are but to this day when I get a bit scared I still say what my mother told me to "spirits leave me alone only protect me like your supposed to" i still say it. My mother also told me if they're calling your name do not answer it out loud. In your mind is ok but not out loud. Sometimes I find it helpful to sleep with a night light on if the whispers get too much for you because everbody feels more at ease when they can see everything, Hope this helps!!xx
