i am white. i go to a school with many many colors. i am friends with many whites, blacks, hispanics, asians, you name it.
I have this one hispanic friend that has been joking around with me, we joke a lot about anything just to pick on each other. well lately he has ben balming everything because i am white. he might say "oh its because youre white" or "you cant help you are white, its ok" stuff to tease me. for a long time i would brush it off and not let it get to me and laugh with him. Now thats all I can think about when I see him so I told him that I didnt want to sit with him at school so I wouldn't regret saying something. I still love him as my friend but it hurts.
1.) How should I approach the topic? (I tried to today by telling him just to chill and telling him that it hurt my feelings but then he responded with "oh white people get so emotional". so that didnt work)
2.) I never felt insecure abotu being white but now I do. What should I do? I know I can't change it or doing anything about it but it still hurts.
also I have this thing for hispanic guys and one has never liked me, so is could it be beacuse i am white? (link)

Hm well , first off , you should tell him that it's not right what he's doing , what if you did that to him , how would he feel? I'm sure he wouldn't like it at all , I say that you should talk to him and be like so what if I am white? is that a problem? your hispanic , spanish , so what ? your hispansic so you can be rude to me all these times , tell him if he thinks your ''emotional'' and all this tell him that if he was a real friend he wouldn't treat you that way , and he shouldn't be acting this way towards a FRIEND , or does he know that meaning?
Well I am sorry that it has come down to you being insecure , but the thing is God works in weird ways , I think you should become stronger so what if your white , that's good you are , you should be proud of it , you should be so proud of it , and not be ashamed , it's JUST a skin color it's a color , don't worry about it , and no it's not because your white , it's because maybe you keep landing on hispanic guys that not the good ones you know? don't worry about it , I know a hispanic well mexican guy whos dating my friend whos european , white , so i'm pretty sure it's fine , don't worry about it , trust me if he likes you any guy ever likes you they wont care the skin color
ps - im sure your a great white girl that shouldn't be insecure , you should be proud and strut your stuff~!: )
