Alright, my best guy friend since third grade, writes and plays songs on a guitar. Lately, we have been talking and he sent me a song without him singing. He knows I want to hear him sing and it turns out, he gave a cd of him singing to a girl he likes, he sings to other people, in front of his brother and everything. Yet, he didn't sing in front of me, it's weird. I'm never around him when he has his guitar or whatever but it's strange.. my mom said not to worry about it, he didn't sing in front of me because he's to nervous also meaning he still likes me, i look at it the other way, he doesn't like me and that's why he doesn't sing in front of me.. What do you think? (link)

i think he is nervous and still likes you. he miqht get scared that he can mess up and embarrass himself infront of you. just ask him to sing infront of you and see what his reaction is, that miqht tell you everythinq =)
