I have one class with this guy. He's 15 like me too. He asks me questions like what I did over the weekend, and we crack jokes and flirt sometimes. I just met him this year in the class but I want to take it farther. I want to maybe hang out with him outside of school or just be able to have a conversation that's not about the homework in the class were taking. I could talk to him on facebook but I don't want to freak him out. He's shy and I don't know his friends and he doesn't know mine. I also don't want to throw myself at him. Most guys if they like me will talk to me outside of school but I feel like he doesn't like me yet but I want to get to know him (link)

just go ahead and talk to him. Dont start stalking him or anything, but if you both have texting, just text him. or talk to him on facebook.
Try to get to know his friends better, just go up to him at lunch or something and start a conversation. i know it might be hard, but just gather up the courage and talk to him.
