Q: Okay, so here's the deal. I lost too much weight, I was about 109 pounds in mid-May, so I decided I wanted to gain some weight back; not a lot though, only about 10 pounds or so.

I ended up gaining just about 30 pounds, instead, in that little amount of time (from then to now.)

I fell out of the exercise routine, and started eating bigger amounts (compared to the fact I was only eating about 400 calories a day-yes, I did have an eating disorder.) so I gained too much back. Now I'm trying to lose 15-20 pounds before August 6th, because that's when I'm going away for a week to celebrate my 16th birthday, and I want to be confident and feel good about how I look. Right now, I'm absolutely miserable, because none of my pants fit me, my bras are too tight, my hair is falling out, and I've been having terrible problems with going to the bathroom (fluctuating between constipation and diarrhea, it's been a nonstop problem too.) I need to know EXACTLY what to eat and how much and how many times a day, and I need to know the absolute PERFECT exercises so that I can successfully do this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me, this is something that I don't feel I can do on my own.
Could you post your height? That way it will be easier for use to calculate how many calories you should be eating a day to lose weight the healthy way.

I wanted to know your HEIGHT not your WEIGHT!

my weight right now is around 135. i used to be about 170 and got down to 108, i'm trying not to get to around 118-120.
