I'm five feet tall and weigh about 117 lbs. It's not that bad, considering I have muscle on me, but I also have partially larger thighs, upper arms, and a gut.
My question is, any tips on losing weight?
I want to get a flat stomach, or mostly flat stomach, by summer and I want to lose at least 7 lbs. I know you have to do aerobics, running, etc. etc., but is there any other way to make the process faster?

diet. it doesnt have to be serious, just dont eat as much junk food (i dont know if you eat any now, but just saying it helpes if you dont eat any)
Do some v-sits (put ur legs in the air and reach, like crunches)or get an excersice ball and do crunches on them.
do alot of running and stuff.
and do weight training. that helpes your arms and legs by putting some muscle on it. and can help fat go away.

I recently gave up junk food for Lent, but thanks for the advice! At first it was way more difficult to steer clear of it, but now it's like I don't crave it anymore. I'll try those v sits more often. Thanks. (:
