i have Idiopathic Reactive Hypoglycemia. Most forms of hypoglycemia is caused by diabetes but IRH is just the blood sugar problems without the diabetes. I was just wondering if anyone on here has this also or knows anyone with it. How do you deal? Because right now it's the biggest annoyance in my life. There's rarely a day that i can go without being completely sick to my stomach. I'd love to be able to go a week without having this effect me but i dont know if that's possible. If you have hypoglycemia do you know any tricks or foods that help the nausea? (link)

My mom has hypoglycemia and she loves to have nuts when she feels an attack coming on. I'm insulin resistant, so I have similar symptoms to you. Cheese usually helps me.
