Hey there.
16/f
I'm not pregnant or anything, so don't lecture me. Haha.
I'm just curious, legally, can you get an abortion if you're under 18 without parental consent in the state of Florida?
Or do your parents have to be present and sign papers and stuff, because of the medial risks?

From what i understand you do not have to have your parents with you however you do have to be older the 12. once you turn 12 you do not have to let your parents know any of your medcial history. so if you want birth control pills you can get them with out your parents knowing and your doctor can not give them any information. So yes you can get one without them knowing. hope this help if you need more infor go here http://www.fwhc.org/abortion/flyer.htm
