I know I can't get a diagnosis until I go to the docotor, which i'll be going to soon, but I wanted to ask is anyone thinks I might.
Could I have diabetes?
Symtoms i've noticed I have:
-Sour/sweet breath every once in a while
-My hands and feet will start tingling randomly
-I'll get hungry all of a sudden
-I've been drinking a ton of water lately cause I just get extremely thristy
-I don't know if this helps at all, but I can't really eat sweets because they all seem way too sweet
-I've been tired alot so i've slept so much lately

It's possible. Excessive hunger and thirst are major symptoms. See a doctor ASAP.
