okay so I've had sex 3 times with 2 different guys. both times with both guys his penis kept coming out. is that something that I'm doing wrong or does it just happen? (link)

Don't worry, it's normal and happens to EVERYONE, believe me. It can be awkward at points, but just laugh and get over it then slip that monster back into its den.
There's many reasons this can happen:
-They lost their erection
-There is not much friction (too wet)
-His penis isn't very large
-Not good position
Try positions with deep constant penetration, such as your legs over his shoulders. It should help his penis from slipping out of you so often.
