lip piercing i hope you are saying? i want one of my own too :) but in most states yes you have too be 18 years old and if you are not, try too talk your mom or other legal guardian in getting it done too. Make sure you are ready and DONT EVER let anyone talk you into having one of your friends do it for you..no matter how good they say they are. Let your mom know that you are responsible and ready for this and talk too her about it
