Where can I buy an eye lash curler that's super cheap? Are any sold for a buck? And are they safe to use? (Like no side effects such as after 5 curls, eyelashes will fall out). thanks (link)

They're at any pharmacy, really. And they're not that expensive at all. Check out your dollar store, they might have one too. Your eyelashes should not fall out, unless you use it after applying mascara and allow all the mascara to build up on your curler. Clean it every once and awhile so your eyelashes don't stick. That hurts!
