I have searched many websites and they have all said that it is legal to smoke mary jane in alaska, i have also read that it is legal to grow up to 4 oz in your house. Is this the law as of now the year 2008? If so, does growing in your house apply to apartments as well? If you can't grow it, can you still smoke it? What is the law over there?

my health teacher said it is illegal to smoke mary jane in all of the united states. and your apart of the united states. so i dont think you can. if you could...my brother would be living there.

Actually I just wanted to let you know, you can smoke over there, I talked to someone that lives over there. You can have up to 4 oz in your house. I don't know if you can like walk around doing it in public and all that but you can smoke in your house, I think it is in court right now though...this whole war on drugs bs...they are trying to take it over there, but right now it is legal. thanks though, and hey...tell your brother hahaha
