I really like the way that Miley Cyrus has her hair in this picture. My hair is about medium length, about, 2 inches below my shoulders. I'm growing it out, and I want it to look like this. So, when I get it cut to this stlye, what all would I have to ask for to get the CUT STYLE just like this? I want my bangs to look like it too. So, would all I have to ask for are alot of long layers?

It's best to just print the picture and take it to your stylist. That will be better than trying to describe it. Also, take note of Miley's facial shape and how it works with the haircut. If you have a similar facial shape, you should be fine, but if not, really consider if that haircut would suit you. It also looks like she has extensions in the picture, so keep that in mind.
