What are some tips that i can get to help me quit cramping when i run.. I will only be runnin for a minute or so and it hurts... help me plz~!? (link)
first of all warm up.
second of all drink a lot of water right before you start running.
and practice, practice, practice.
the more you run [within reason] the more time it takes for you to start hurting. [but i can't remember if that's for fatigue or cramps.]
but afterwards cool down, rest, and if you have a charlie's horse - use a heating pad on the area.
