what do people mean when they say things come full circle? people say that about everything so i get confused b/c i just thought that meant like all things have a cycle and you start at the beginning and end but then it starts up again and you end up there again? (link)

Usually, when they say something will come full circle they mean it will come back to you.
So if you insult someone, then the insult will come back to haunt you later in life.
Thats basically what it means :)
