advice

i need a good digital camera. heres some of the things im looking for:
-has to have different effects (b&w, sepia, etc)
-a pretty good video camera
-no more than $200

Thats the camera I use and it has several color filters, B&W, Sepia, Pink, Blue, Red, Yellow. And the video quality is very good, it's comparable to my camcorder. I got it at Circuit City for only $125 . It also comes in red, black, or silver.
It takes consistently good quality photos, and has a 2.5 inch screen. Its also very sleek and sexy.
