It may mean something like that. But i know your not going to apppreciate this answer at all but you shouldn't be talking to people online with all those sick perverted people out there he may be one of them. You know, pretending that he is a what maybe 16 year old when hes really a 40 year old guy.. just if your gonna do anything please dont like meet him or anything. Dont fall for guys like this. i would know becuase something like this was happening to my friend!!!
