What kind of make-up should I use? I'm not a big fan of eyeliner, but I will wear it if necessary...

What kind of mascara, lip stick/gloss, eye shadow, concealer, .etc should I use?

your very pretty!! ~ you look pretty without make up on :) ...but for make up i would suggest since you have blue eyes black mascara & if you want also black eyeliner - that always brings out blue eyes...Loreal has amazing mascaras!, for concealor you might want to do a medium tone, eyeshadow you could do a shimmer skin tone color or if you want an actual color i think pink colors work best or even silver - you could experiment with the colors & revlon has cute colors but they can get expensive, lipgloss i think a neutral pink would look pretty!
