Hey, I just read this for the first time in a long time and I realized I sounded like a complete female Rainman. Anyway, I'm pretty much amazing, haha. does mylie cyrus lip synce? on her show, it doesnt look like she does, but in clips from her concerts on tv, it looks like she does. (link)

She probably does on the show, but in real life I'm almost 100% sure she doesn't. She's Billy Ray Cyrus's daughter so she has real talent (whether it's her natural sound or she has a voice instructor). Just look how big her dad is! He's just plain amazing and doesn't lip sync. :)
