14/f (please read whole thing)
So I've lost about 32 pounds of my weight, and now I'm 155(i'm 5'2 and a quarter"), my goal is 137 (18 pounds left), and I'm doing really well this is what I do:
I normally consume around 1200-1350(or 1500) cals per day, but sometimes i take it up to about 1800 if i'm pmsing or something. I also work out whenever I can, i run a mile(and walk until it adds up to 20 mins) and i do the stairclimber for 20 mins and sometimes i'll add 20 mins of elliptical in, and then i just do random conditioning on the machines (about 20 reps of each)... and i do that on the days i don't have dance classes (and my dance classes don't start again until 3 more weeks so i'll probably be doing this every day or about 4 times per week)
Normally I've been able to lose a pound or two a day (i weigh myself first thing in the morning)
and I want to know how long you think it will take me to lose the rest of the 18 pounds...
(after i lose that i'll see how i look at 137 then i'll decide if i want to take it down to 115-130)
since I don't have a definate calorie deficit because it varies so much. (link)

well not knowing what your eating is hard. but from the things you do. you seem pretty active. just remember that a short 20 min. workout that is active the whole time.. and gets your heartrate up and stays up. that will be more affective than a hour long workout that lets your heartrate drop and rise..and ect,..ect.
if you are drinking sodas?? coke.. whatever??
if you switch to DIETS only and dont change anything else.. like how much you drink cokes. but just change it to DIET. you can loose 10lbs. no joke. ive done it. its because regular cokes have so many carbs. and sugar is really rich.

yes, i'm the biggest health freak in the world and i only eat healthy things and i don't eat junk food.
and i never drink regular soda. I only drink non-caloric beverages.
