this might not be the best place for this question and im sorry. but im 5'5" and i hate it! my dad is really tall and my mom is 5'8". how do i keep myself from growing. people say vegies help you grow so do i not eat vegies (bc i do eat alot of vegetables) so could someone help me. (link)

i went through the sammeee exact thing you are. i am curently 5'7 im fourteen , ive been pretty much this tall for the past 2 years ive grown a couple inches at most. and i no right now you feel so akward bc your taller then EVERYONE. but trust me everyone catchs up to you girl always hit puperty before guys and thats why most girls are taller then boys until there around 14,15,16 soo basically just wait it out ppl will catch up.

tanx that helped and i know what you mean. most boys my age are realy short. i have a friend that hasnt even gotten to 5'0" yet. =)
