advice
ok well summer's coming and i really want to lose some of my fat. i'm around 145 and i was hoping to be around 130. i'm not in a rush or anything but i have no idea what workouts to do. so any ideas would help and can you give me some foods that i should AVOID. thanks in advance!
firstly, diet. Cut out some of your junk food. Start eating fruit instead of chips. then, excersise. Start running everyday!! run for 15 minutes a day. Start out jogging then do butt kicks, and then finish with high knees. Also it is a proven fact that if you jump rope for 15 minutes a day for a month, you will lose 10 pounds.
