Hi ummm... this is Madison and i'm in middle school. I go to a gifted school but I won't say which cuz I don't like stalkers very much. I consider myself a good influence because I get all A's on my report card. But what i'm not is a teachers pet. Just because i get good grades doesn't mean i like school. Most teachers consider me two-faced because I always act up. I have many friends and I have a myspace but don't feel like puttin it up here. ok well summer's coming and i really want to lose some of my fat. i'm around 145 and i was hoping to be around 130. i'm not in a rush or anything but i have no idea what workouts to do. so any ideas would help and can you give me some foods that i should AVOID. thanks in advance!

firstly, diet. Cut out some of your junk food. Start eating fruit instead of chips. then, excersise. Start running everyday!! run for 15 minutes a day. Start out jogging then do butt kicks, and then finish with high knees. Also it is a proven fact that if you jump rope for 15 minutes a day for a month, you will lose 10 pounds.
