my boyfirend and i dont have sex or do really intense stuff like that...but one time we were making out and his penis was right on my vagina and he had boxers and athletic shorts on and i had just underwear on...he was pressing on me pretty hard for no longer than 10ish minutes (it didnt go in me)..
Im pretty sure we both got "wet" but i dont think his could go through his shorts and my underwear...and then INTO me.

if he wasnt "in" you, then no.
EDIT: someone said if theres cum on his hand and he fingers you you could get pregnant, thats not true because sperm dies outside of the body in like under 5 seconds. and if his penis wasnt not in your vagina you can not get pregnant because the sperm would did before it got in you.
