advice

im 15 f and i play fast pitch. fast pitch isn't until fall but i really really need some good pointers on how to get my arm back into shape. Now is the time i need to start getting it back.I am the fast pitch pitcher soo i'm not getting my arm back in shape just for throwing.

does anyone have any warm ups i can use?
What are some good things that will improve my aim?
Any exercizes that I can do without a ball?

Hey well, softball is awesome) here are some ways to get that arm back into shape:
1. put your arm across your body and put your other arm under it and well pull it ( you tend to do this stretch b4 a softball practice;game)
2. put your Arms behind you and stretch up
