Its possible to happen more than once if you dont have sex for awhile .the first time you have sex, theres some tissue and stuff inside you that gets stretcheed out and it can hurt but usually it bleeds ,it just means that your hymen is broken or breaking. that can only happen once, but it usually happens long before you have sex for the first time.
you can break your hymen doing anything ; sports , horseback riding , tampons , masterbation , EVEN BREATHING ! thats how mine broke i didnt notice .
