hi, ok heres the deal. im 13 and weigh 109 lbs. i used 2 be mad fit, but then i started getting stressed and gained a lot of weight and lossed a lot of muscle. im starting to get some muscle back, but am I fat? (be HONEST!) my brother used to be WAY overweight but he lost it all and hes younger than me. i want to do that without going on a crash diet. what should i do?!
ps. please dont say get more excercise, or eat right. i need like a mini schedule thingy

it's hard to tell if your fat if we can't see a current photo.. but if you are seriously concerned.. you should start seeing a nutritionist and personal trainor.. they will work together to form the right diet and excercise program for you!
