Okay so sometimes every once in a while I get these pains in my wrist. And it switches back and forth to each wrist. And it gets to the point where I cant bend it without EXTREME pain so I have to wear a write brace. I know I should go to the doctor but at the moment it isnt possible.
Does anyone know what it could be that is causing this ?

i honestly think it might be artheritis.. try running it under hot water?? i get that sometimes to and it helps!
