advice
Okay, so I wasn't EXACTLY sure where to put this, but my left foot tends to cramp up quite often. I'll just be sitting doing nothing, and if I even wiggle my toes, it will just cramp up like I can't move it at all. It hurts soo bad though. Also; when I walk, it gets sore rather quickly.. and I can't even explain it. But here's my question: does anyone know what this could be? I'll be going to the doctor shortly for a physical, so I can ask her then... I would just like to have some input to see if there's anything I can do in the meantime. Thanks for any advice!!
I think I know!! If you haven't been eating any bananas then that's it!! Bananas have potassium and potassium keeps you from having charley-horses (yes thats the correct term :) ) Charley-horses are muscle cramps you tend to get in your fingers and foot**!! so eat bananas and if you don't like bananas find food you like with potassium (check the Nutrition facts on side)
(Rating: 5) thank you.. but ironically enough, i've been on a 'banana kick' lately lol.. that just so happens to be all i've been eating =] so that probably isn't it.. i'll just ask my doctor when i go, thanks though! =]
